  1. What delivery options do you offer?

    We include standard 3-5 day delivery with all orders. If you would like your order to arrive faster than this we do offer other options including 24 hour courier and First Class Royal Mail Recorded delivery. You can select these options when you go to the shopping basket. As standard the free delivery will be selected, to change this select edit and choose your delivery option. Prices can be found on our Delivery and Returns page.

  2. I cannot find the product I want, but I know you sell it. Where can I find it?

    We have several websites which all offer a different range of products. If the product you need is not on this website, please go to our links page and see if you can find the most suitable website. Alternatively, please call and speak to an advisor who will be able to direct you to the correct website, or arrange for the product to be made available.

  3. Telephone Orders

    Unfortunately we cannot accept orders over the phone as we are only set up to take payment online. The payment process has been designed to be as quick and easy as possible, allowing you to process the order yourself within a matter on minutes.
